Official Rules – Win Your Way Sweepstakes.
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor and Promotion. Wagon Trails Resort, Inc., doing business as MillBrook Resort/MillBrook Outdoor Resort, 4051 State Route 46 South, Jefferson, Ohio 44047 (“Sponsor”), sponsors the Win Your Way Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) and is responsible for its administration under these Official Rules. No mall, store, fair, event, venue, website, social-media platform, or other location or platform through which the Sweepstakes is advertised or entries are collected is a sponsor or administrator unless expressly identified as such. By entering or participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor’s reasonable decisions concerning Sweepstakes administration, subject to applicable law.
2. Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time on August 31, 2028 (“Sweepstakes Period”), unless it ends earlier upon Sponsor’s verification and acceptance of a Grand Prize Participant under these Official Rules. Sponsor’s records are the official timekeeping records. All entries must be received, and all Prize Safe attempts must be completed, during the Sweepstakes Period. Verification, the Fallback Drawing, Cash Cube play, prize payment, and other prize administration may occur afterward as expressly provided in these Rules.
3. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of Ohio and Pennsylvania who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor; persons directly and materially involved in administration, operation, or judging; and any person having authorized access to the confidential Winning Combination are ineligible. Members of the immediate household of a person having authorized access to the Winning Combination are also ineligible. Void where prohibited. Eligibility is determined solely under these Official Rules.
4. How to Enter. An eligible individual must complete and submit a Sponsor-authorized entry form made available through an official paper form, promotional display, Sponsor-designated website or landing page, digital advertisement, event, or another free entry method designated by Sponsor, and follow the instructions presented with that method. No purchase or payment is required. Entries must contain all required information, be accurate, and be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor may reject entries that are materially incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, fabricated, submitted on behalf of another person, submitted through deceptive or unauthorized automated means, or otherwise invalid.
5. Entry Limits and Verification. Sponsor may receive more than one otherwise valid entry from the same individual, but multiple entries do not provide additional Official Game Pieces, Prize Safe attempts, or Fallback Drawing chances. Each eligible individual is limited to one (1) Official Game Piece, one (1) Prize Safe attempt, and one (1) Fallback Drawing chance if the Fallback Drawing is conducted. Sponsor may contact entrants to verify entry information and administer the Sweepstakes. Verification does not mean the entrant has won, has been selected to receive an Official Game Piece, or has become a potential Grand Prize Participant. An otherwise eligible entrant who is not contacted further or does not receive a Game Piece remains eligible and retains one Fallback Drawing chance if necessary.
6. Official Game Piece Opportunities. During the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor may offer certain eligible entrants the opportunity to receive one (1) Official Game Piece, which provides a separate opportunity to become the Grand Prize Participant through the Prize Safe. Game Piece opportunities may be offered through Sponsor-designated promotional or marketing programs using promotional and marketing criteria established by Sponsor. Selection is not represented as random, and not every eligible entrant will receive a Game Piece. Receipt or nonreceipt does not alter the entrant’s underlying Sweepstakes entry or Fallback Drawing chance. No purchase, payment, or participation in any separate offer is required to receive or exercise a Game Piece after Sponsor has offered the opportunity. Acceptance or rejection of another Sponsor offer does not revoke or alter a Game Piece opportunity once offered. A Game Piece is not itself a prize and is not a notice that its recipient has won.
7. Game Piece Conditions, Deadline, and Replacement. A Game Piece is personal to the recipient identified in Sponsor’s records and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, counterfeited, copied, or materially altered. Sponsor may require presentation of the original Game Piece or an authorized replacement and may validate it against Sponsor’s records before permitting a Prize Safe attempt. Issuance, mailing, or receipt does not constitute a completed attempt. A recipient may decline the opportunity without affecting an otherwise valid entry or Fallback Drawing chance. If Sponsor replaces a lost, damaged, or unreceived Game Piece, the replacement represents the same opportunity and does not provide an additional attempt. A Game Piece must be exercised before the end of the Sweepstakes Period and expires earlier if a verified Grand Prize Participant is determined. Scheduling an appointment does not extend the Sweepstakes Period.
8. Prize Safe Appointment and Location. Game Piece recipients must schedule Prize Safe play in advance with Sponsor. Prize Safe play will ordinarily occur at MillBrook Resort, 4051 State Route 46 South, Jefferson, Ohio 44047, unless Sponsor designates another appropriate location or provides another arrangement as a reasonable accommodation. The appointment is required for Sweepstakes administration, identity and eligibility verification, security, equipment availability, and orderly operation. Unless Sponsor expressly agrees otherwise or reasonable accommodation is required, transportation, lodging, and other travel expenses are the participant’s responsibility.
9. Winning Combination, Code Selection, and Odds. Before the first valid Prize Safe attempt, Sponsor will randomly establish and document one predetermined five-digit combination from 00000 through 99999 using a method that gives each of the 100,000 possible combinations an equal chance of selection. Sponsor will keep that combination confidential (“Winning Combination”). Leading zeros are permitted. Each participating Game Piece recipient may personally select one five-digit code. Sponsor does not assign the participant’s code. Once submitted, the code is final. Different participants may select the same code, and a code does not become unavailable merely because another participant previously selected it. Each valid Prize Safe attempt compares the selected code with the Winning Combination. The chance that a participant’s selected code matches the Winning Combination is 1 in 100,000. A nonmatching attempt is complete but does not affect the participant’s Fallback Drawing chance if a drawing later becomes necessary.
10. Matching Code, Verification, and Resumption. If a participant’s selected code matches the Winning Combination and the Prize Safe opens, that individual becomes a potential Grand Prize Participant, subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Rules. Sponsor will temporarily suspend additional entries and Prize Safe attempts during verification. Upon verification and acceptance, that individual becomes the Grand Prize Participant, the Sweepstakes ends, no additional entries or Prize Safe attempts will be accepted, and the ordinary Fallback Drawing will not be conducted unless alternate selection later becomes necessary. If the potential Grand Prize Participant fails verification or declines before the scheduled end, Sponsor may establish and document a new Winning Combination under the same procedure and resume the Sweepstakes for the remainder of the Sweepstakes Period. Resumption does not provide any individual with an additional Game Piece or attempt. If the matter is not resolved until after the scheduled end, Sponsor will proceed under the Fallback Drawing provisions.
11. Fallback Drawing. If no verified Grand Prize Participant is determined through the Prize Safe by the scheduled end of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will conduct a random Fallback Drawing from among all eligible individuals who entered. The drawing will be conducted within ninety (90) days after the scheduled end and no later than November 29, 2028. If a timely Prize Safe match remains under verification when the Sweepstakes Period ends, Sponsor may complete that verification first; however, if the potential participant is not verified and accepted, the Fallback Drawing will still be conducted by the stated deadline. Each eligible individual receives one (1) chance regardless of the number of entries submitted, whether the person received a Game Piece, or whether the person made a Prize Safe attempt. Fallback Drawing odds depend on the total number of eligible individuals included. Overall odds of becoming the Grand Prize Participant cannot be calculated in advance because they depend on whether an individual receives and exercises a Game Piece, whether a verified Prize Safe match occurs, whether the Fallback Drawing is required, and the number of eligible individuals in that drawing. A person selected through the Fallback Drawing proceeds directly to the Grand Prize stage and does not receive another Game Piece or Prize Safe attempt.
12. Fallback Notification and Alternates. Sponsor will contact the selected individual using available contact information. The selected individual will have ten (10) calendar days after Sponsor’s initial documented notification to respond and complete reasonably required eligibility verification. If the individual cannot be contacted or verified, fails to respond within the required time, declines Grand Prize Participant status, or is ineligible, Sponsor will randomly select an alternate from the remaining eligible individuals and continue this process until a verified potential Grand Prize Participant accepts Grand Prize Participant status, unless continued award is impossible or prohibited by law.
13. Grand Prize; Value and Prize Election. There is one (1) Grand Prize and one Grand Prize Participant, determined either through a successful Prize Safe attempt and verification or through the Fallback Drawing. The Grand Prize has a guaranteed minimum value of $1,000 and maximum value of $25,000. Unless the Participant accepts an Optional Guaranteed Prize Option under Section 14, the Grand Prize amount will be determined by performance in the Cash Cube Game under the published Cash Cube Payout Schedule (“Grand Prize Amount”). The Participant may elect to receive the Grand Prize Amount in cash or have Sponsor apply it toward the purchase or acquisition of an eligible item selected by the Participant and reasonably approved by Sponsor, including a motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, golf cart, ATV/UTV, recreational or camping equipment, merchandise, or another eligible item. The Participant may always elect cash and is never required to purchase or acquire an item. If the selected item costs more than the Grand Prize Amount, the Participant is responsible for the difference and applicable taxes, title, registration, licensing, delivery, insurance, or other charges. If the item costs less, Sponsor will pay the unused balance in cash. Any selected item is subject to availability and Sponsor’s reasonable approval of the item, seller, transaction, and method of payment or acquisition. Sponsor may pay an approved dealer, retailer, or seller directly. The $25,000 maximum does not mean the Participant automatically receives $25,000.
14. Optional Guaranteed Prize Options. Before Cash Cube play begins, Sponsor may, but is not required to, offer one or more written Guaranteed Prize Options in lieu of Cash Cube participation. An Option may consist of cash, merchandise, recreational equipment, a golf cart, motor vehicle, recreational vehicle, promotional or display inventory, or another item or combination of items. Each Option will identify the offered prize, its stated approximate value, and any material conditions. If an item has been used for promotional or display purposes, that fact and material information concerning its condition will be disclosed. No Option will have a stated approximate value below $1,000 or above $25,000. The Participant is not required to accept an Option. Rejecting all Options does not reduce or impair the right to participate in the Cash Cube. Acceptance is final; the accepted Option becomes the Grand Prize and replaces Cash Cube participation. Any unaccepted Options expire when Cash Cube play begins. Acceptance will be documented in writing.
15. Cash Cube Setup. Cash Cube participation will ordinarily occur at Sponsor’s location in Jefferson, Ohio, unless Sponsor designates another appropriate location or provides another arrangement as a reasonable accommodation. The Cash Cube Game begins with 150 identical Official Promotional Notes and a 45-second play period. Official Promotional Notes are promotional game materials used solely to determine the Grand Prize Amount; they are not currency and have no individual redemption value. Sponsor will provide the designated Cash Stash or other official collection container and any required safety equipment. Only valid Official Promotional Notes completely deposited into the Cash Stash before time expires will count.
16. Cash Cube Play Rules. At the official starting signal, the Cash Cube will be activated and the 45-second period will begin. The Participant may use both hands and may catch or grasp more than one airborne Official Promotional Note at a time. Notes may be collected only while airborne. The Participant may not intentionally pick up, sweep, kick, rake, or otherwise retrieve Notes from the floor; intentionally trap or pin Notes against the floor, walls, ceiling, clothing, or body; or use clothing, bags, adhesive materials, tools, or other outside objects to collect Notes. A Note that returns to airborne circulation through normal airflow remains eligible while airborne. At the official stop signal, the Participant must immediately stop collecting. Notes remaining in the Participant’s hands or otherwise outside the Cash Stash when time expires do not count. The Participant must follow reasonable safety instructions given by Sponsor personnel.
17. Cash Cube Payout Schedule and Official Count. The Grand Prize Amount is determined by the number of valid Official Promotional Notes deposited into the Cash Stash before the 45-second play period expires: 0–19 Notes = $1,000; 20–29 = $2,000; 30–39 = $3,000; 40–49 = $4,000; 50–59 = $5,000; 60–69 = $7,500; 70–79 = $10,000; 80–89 = $12,500; 90–99 = $15,000; 100–109 = $18,000; 110–114 = $20,000; 115–119 = $22,500; 120–150 = $25,000. Collection of 120 or more valid Notes results in the maximum $25,000 Grand Prize Amount. Immediately after play, Sponsor will count the valid Notes in the Cash Stash. The count will be documented and, when reasonably practicable, performed or announced in the Participant’s presence. Sponsor’s verified count, subject to correction of a manifest counting error, determines the Grand Prize Amount, which may then be received in cash or applied toward an eligible item under Section 13.
18. Equipment Malfunction and Reasonable Accommodation. If a material malfunction of the Cash Cube, blower, timer, starting or stopping mechanism, or other equipment prevents a fair and complete 45-second play, the affected play will be void. After the equipment is restored, or at a reasonably rescheduled time, the Participant will receive one complete replacement play beginning with all 150 Official Promotional Notes and a new 45-second period. A voluntary stop, failure to collect Notes, failure to deposit Notes into the Cash Stash, failure to follow the rules, or another circumstance caused solely by the Participant is not an equipment malfunction. Sponsor will provide reasonable accommodations for a Grand Prize Participant who, because of a disability or physical limitation, cannot safely participate in the standard manner. If another reasonable accommodation is insufficient, Sponsor may permit the verified Grand Prize Participant to designate an adult proxy acceptable to Sponsor to perform the physical Cash Cube play. The proxy is subject to the same rules, 150-Note configuration, 45-second period, and Payout Schedule. The verified Grand Prize Participant, not the proxy, remains the sole prize recipient. A proxy acquires no ownership interest in the Grand Prize and may not be a person who is ineligible because of involvement in Sweepstakes administration or access to confidential Sweepstakes information.
19. Verification, Acceptance, Forfeiture, and Alternate Selection. A potential Grand Prize Participant may be required to provide reasonable documentation verifying identity, age, residency at the time of entry, and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor may require an Affidavit or Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release, Grand Prize Election, tax documentation, and other documents reasonably necessary to administer and award the Grand Prize. Verification requirements will be limited to Sweepstakes eligibility and administration. A potential Grand Prize Participant who declines status, fails verification, or fails to complete required documentation within the stated deadline will be handled under Section 10 or Section 12, as applicable. After verification and acceptance, the Participant will be given a reasonable opportunity to complete the applicable Grand Prize procedure. If, after reasonable notice and opportunity, the Participant voluntarily refuses or fails to complete that procedure or required prize documentation, Sponsor may declare the Grand Prize forfeited and randomly select an alternate potential Grand Prize Participant from among eligible individuals who entered before the Sweepstakes closed, excluding any person already finally determined ineligible or who previously declined or forfeited Grand Prize Participant status. Sponsor may continue alternate selection until the Grand Prize is awarded, unless continued award is impossible or prohibited by law.
20. Payment, Taxes, and Expenses. A cash Grand Prize, including any cash balance remaining after application of the Grand Prize Amount toward an eligible item, will be paid by check or another Sponsor-designated payment method after final verification and completion of required documentation. Payment will ordinarily be made within thirty (30) days after final verification and determination of the applicable cash amount. The Grand Prize Participant is solely responsible for applicable federal, state, and local taxes. Sponsor will issue tax documentation required by law. Unless Sponsor expressly includes an expense in writing, transportation, delivery, title, registration, licensing, insurance, maintenance, possession, and use expenses associated with a noncash prize or an item toward which the Grand Prize Amount is applied are the Participant’s responsibility. No purchase or payment is required to accept the Grand Prize; any out-of-pocket amount arises only if the Participant voluntarily selects an item costing more than the Grand Prize Amount. Material conditions or expenses applicable to a Guaranteed Prize Option will be disclosed before acceptance.
21. Personal Rights, Death, and Estate. Sweepstakes participation rights, a Game Piece opportunity, Grand Prize Participant status, and the right to make a Grand Prize election are personal and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned. If a potential Grand Prize Participant dies before verification and acceptance, that person will not become the Grand Prize Participant and Sponsor will proceed with alternate selection. If a verified Grand Prize Participant dies after verification and acceptance but before delivery or payment, any prize entitlement that has vested under these Rules will be administered to the Participant’s estate to the extent permitted or required by law. If the Grand Prize Amount has not yet been determined, Sponsor may permit a duly authorized adult representative of the estate who is acceptable under Section 18 to perform the physical Cash Cube play on behalf of the estate.
22. Fraud, Tampering, and Disqualification. Sponsor may disqualify an entrant or participant who materially falsifies entry or eligibility information, uses false or multiple identities, counterfeits or improperly transfers a Game Piece, tampers or attempts to tamper with the Prize Safe or Cash Cube, improperly obtains or communicates confidential information concerning the Winning Combination, interferes with Sweepstakes administration or participant safety, commits fraud, or materially violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may pursue any other remedies available by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive that provision.
23. Lost Materials; Printing, Technical, and Administrative Errors. Sponsor is not responsible for entries or Game Pieces that are lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or not properly received because of circumstances outside Sponsor’s reasonable control. If Sponsor’s records establish that an unused Game Piece was issued, Sponsor may provide a replacement without providing an additional Prize Safe opportunity. Sponsor may correct an inadvertent printing, typographical, technical, or administrative error if the correction does not materially alter the fundamental prize opportunity or unfairly prejudice an entrant who reasonably relied on Sweepstakes materials. These Official Rules control in the event of a conflict with abbreviated promotional materials, except to the extent applicable law requires Sponsor to honor a promotional representation.
24. Suspension, Modification, or Termination. Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, tampering, material technical or equipment failure, natural disaster, governmental action, or another circumstance beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially impairs the integrity, safety, or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor will not knowingly modify the Sweepstakes in a manner that materially diminishes an eligible entrant’s previously accrued opportunity to win. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before its scheduled conclusion and no Grand Prize Participant has been determined, Sponsor will, to the extent lawful and reasonably practicable, randomly select a potential Grand Prize Participant from among eligible individuals who entered through the effective date of termination and proceed with verification and award under these Rules.
25. Limitation of Liability and Safety. To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants release Sponsor, its affiliated entities, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims arising directly from participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance or use of a prize, except for claims or liabilities that cannot lawfully be released or waived. Prize Safe and Cash Cube participation may be subject to reasonable safety requirements. Sponsor may stop or postpone physical participation when reasonably necessary for safety while preserving any accommodation rights provided under these Official Rules and applicable law.
26. Publicity, Privacy, and Communications. Except where prohibited by law, Sponsor may disclose the Grand Prize Participant’s name, city and state, and prize awarded for legitimate Sweepstakes administration, winner-list, tax, and reporting purposes. Broader commercial use of a Participant’s photograph, video, likeness, voice, or testimonial may be subject to separate authorization. Information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used for Sweepstakes administration and otherwise in accordance with Sponsor’s applicable Privacy Policy and communications permissions separately provided by the entrant. Sponsor may contact entrants for entry verification, Game Piece administration, and potential-winner or winner notification. Sweepstakes entry does not alter any applicable right to revoke communications consent or request that marketing communications cease.
27. Separate Sponsor Offers. Sponsor may separately make other promotional or sales offers governed by their own terms. Any such offer is separate from the Win Your Way Sweepstakes and does not alter eligibility, odds, or rights under these Official Rules.
28. Governing Law and Severability. Except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law, these Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Official Rules waives any right or protection that cannot lawfully be waived under Ohio or Pennsylvania law. If any provision is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
29. Official Rules, Winner Information, and Mailing-List Removal. Copies of these Official Rules may be obtained during the Sweepstakes Period from Sponsor’s designated Sweepstakes webpage or by written request to: Win Your Way Sweepstakes — Official Rules, MillBrook Resort, 4051 State Route 46 South, Jefferson, Ohio 44047. After completion of the Sweepstakes and award of the Grand Prize, winner information will be available as required by applicable law by writing to the same address and identifying the Win Your Way Sweepstakes. To request removal of a name and address from lists used by Sponsor for future sweepstakes mailings, write to: Sweepstakes Mailing-List Removal, MillBrook Resort, 4051 State Route 46 South, Jefferson, Ohio 44047. Include the full name and mailing address to be removed. Sponsor will process the request as required by applicable law.
