These rules and regulations are required by the State of Ohio and the Ashtabula County Health Department. We understand some of these rules are frustrating and an inconvenience, however, please understand that these operating procedures are non-negotiable and are in place for the safety of our Guest and Employees. We hope that we can get back to normal procedures as soon as possible.

We hope that we can get back to normal procedures as soon as possible.
- All Members/Guest must have a Reservation to visit the park, including day visits. You must have a pre-established appointment time to check into the Park.
- No gate keys will be issued in order to control entry and ensure security and safety. This means you will not be able to enter the Park before 9:00 AM or after 9:00 PM.
- No Guest will be permitted to visit the Park. Only members may use the facilities and only persons of the same household may occupy the same campsite or rental accommodation.
- All visitors must maintain social distancing of 6 Foot in distance or more. We highly recommend wearing a mask when not at your site or rental unit.
- Members/Guest are not permitted to visit any other campsites/rental units other than their own.
- All common areas are to remain closed. These include: Indoor Pool, Game Room, Sport Courts, Beach, Game Room, Patios, Boat Rentals, Miniature Golf and Playgrounds. Essentially, we are only allowed to open the park for camping on a campsite or rental unit. All other amenities and activities remain closed.
- No group gatherings are permitted.
- Do not approach or disturb any employees on the park. Please call the resort office for help or questions.
- Shower House and Restrooms will be restricted to one household or person(s) at a time.
- Park Office will be restricted to one household or person(s) at a time.
- Reservation Policies to be strictly enforced including length of stay and occupancy rules. As a reminder: Members/Guest may make a reservation for length of stay up to 21 days. However, you must occupy your site and be using it for the duration of your stay/reservation. Members may not place a unit on a campsite for 21 days and only use it on the weekends. You must not be vacant from your site for more than 60 hours or your unit/camper must be removed from the campsite.
- Visitors from out of state are required to self-quarantine for 14 days. This means that if you are not from the State of Ohio, you must not leave the park once you check in. Please be sure you bring all essential items for the duration of your stay.
