("Sponsor") is the sole Sponsor of this Sweepstakes and has exclusive responsibility for the operation and the terms and conditions governing this Sweepstakes.

Telephone Consumer Protection Act Consent: By entering this Sweepstakes, I expressly consent and request that MillBrook Resort/Sponsor contact me by telephone with option to use automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded messages, SMS/text message or by electronic mail at the telephone number provided with my entry.  I acknowledge and agree that I am not required to give this consent or sign this agreement as a condition of purchasing any property; goods or services and I acknowledge and agree that I may revoke this consent at any time by notifying Sponsor.  I further consent that Sponsor may call me with information on this promotion and new promotions without regard to any No Call preferences or Registry, and I expressly request and consent to be called by the above company.   

Eligibility:  This Sweepstakes begins January 1st, 2022 and ends at the time a selected participating finalist presents an official game piece with winning prize safe code in person, by prearranged appointment at Sponsor's location (4051 State Route 46 South, Jefferson, Ohio 44047) and cracks a prize safe using the/a five (5) digit code (#-#-#-#-#) comprised of numerals zero-nine (0-9) or on 1/1/25.  Randomly selected finalist will be contacted by phone or email and at their discretion, receive by mail or email an official game piece and appointment to play the official game piece. Recipient of official game piece who first opens the prize safe with a winning prize safe code will be awarded the Grand Prize ("GP"). Sweepstakes does not discriminate against anyone based on race, sex, handicap, religion or national origin. Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of Ohio, Pennsylvania, Indiana, Michigan and West Virginia, who are at least twenty one (21) years of age. Current & previous customers of Sponsor, customers of Sponsors affiliate resorts, persons who have participated in the last twenty-four (24) months, employees of Sponsor or its related entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, suppliers and their immediate families are not eligible to win. Odds on being selected as a finalist will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Finalists and winner must meet all qualifications listed herein. One (1) Grand Prize may be awarded. Winning Odds (GP): 1:100,000.

How to Enter: Sing up for the Sweepstakes by completely filling out an official Sweepstakes Entry Form. To request a free entry form, please send a request to MillBrook Resort, Sweepstakes Entry Form, 4051 State Route 46 South, Jefferson, Ohio 44047.  

Grand Prize: Option 1: To play the “Cash Cube Game” for a chance at up to $10,000 towards any new/used Golf Cart, ATV, or Gift Card to Gander Outdoors/Bass Pro Shop/Cabelas, or take the cash option for amount won in the Cash Cube Game. Option 2: Select a John Deere™ zero turn lawn mower (valued at $3,000).

Cash Cube Game Rules; posted at place of entry at sponsors location or by contacting the sponsor. Contestants will enter the cash cube. The cash cube will be turned on. A game official will blow a start horn to begin the game. After start horn has been blown, the game begins and contestant may begin grabbing and stashing cash. All cash the contestant grabs while in the cash cube must be put into the provided cash stash pocket. Contestant keeps the cash they stash. The contestant will have 30 seconds to grab and stash as much cash as possible. After 30 seconds a game official will blow the stop horn and turn off the cash cube. Contestant will stop grabbing cash at the sound of the horn. Contestants must grab cash while airborne. No cash may be grabbed or pinned down while on the floor or walls. Contestants must keep their feet on the ground at all times and remain facing forward for the duration of the game. Contestants will keep all cash stashed in the cash pocket at the end of the 30 second time allotment.
Prize Conditions:  All federal, state, local and other taxes on GP and Rewards are the sole responsibility of the winner. The winner’s entry and acceptance of the GP and/or Rewards offered constitutes permission (except where prohibited) for Sponsor to use said winner’s name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice and address (city and state), in all forms of media worldwide, in perpetuity, without limitation, notice or further compensation.  Winner is responsible for all taxes, incidentals and personal expenses.

Rewards Offers:  Selected qualified finalist who are married, engaged or cohabiting couples between the ages of 28-65, currently employed with a combined household income of at least $40,000 or $25,000 if retired or $50,000 if single are eligible and may be presented rewards offers. All that is required is that both; husband & wife or single person & partner, visit & take an open house tour/sales presentation of MillBrook Resort lasting up to ninety minutes.  Selected unqualified finalist may be offered two (2) nights of free camping accommodations (Retail Value $80) with no tour required.  MillBrook Resort reserves the right to make rewards offers at their sole discretion. . For security, identification and qualification purposes, two forms of identification (valid driver’s license, checkbook, credit card) are required. Only one (1) advertising promotion is available per household/vehicle. These are advertising promotions/offers and are void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to substitute rewards of equal or greater value. GP & Rewards are not redeemable for cash/values unless the Reward/Grand Prize is money. Terms and Conditions:  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, as determined by MillBrook Resort.  In such event, MillBrook Resort reserves the right to award the prizes/rewards at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment.  MillBrook Resort also reserves the right to eliminate all entrants found to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Sweepstakes Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.  Any attempt by any person to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, MillBrook Resort reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.  MillBrook Resort’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.  Void where prohibited by law or not registered.  MillBrook Resort shall not be responsible for any lost, garbled, incomplete or corrupted entries, and qualified entries shall be determined solely in the discretion of MillBrook Resort.

Disputes:  Except where prohibited, all issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforce-ability of these Official Sweepstakes Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants, winners and MillBrook Resort in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules which would cause the application of laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Ohio.  The following Sweepstakes is intended for viewing and participation at the time of entry and shall be construed and evaluated only according to United States law.
