RESERVATION POLICY
Reservations are required: Rental Units require a 2 Night Minimum on weekends & 3 Night Minimum on holiday weekends.  Campsites & Rental Units: Nightly fees and or deposits are due at time of reservation.  Cancellations 48 hours or more before check-in: Deposit/nightly fees returned as a credit for future use, less a processing fee; $50.00/Rental Unit and $15.00/Campsite.   Cancellations less than 48 hours before check-in or for holiday weekends are nonrefundable; are not eligible for credit and deposit/nightly fees will be forfeited.  Credits are valid for one year from the date of reservation.

MILLBROOK PET POLICY
Ashtabula County Health Department Requires All Pets to have Proof of Registration & Vaccination. No Vicious Breeds. If Pets become a Nuisance the Resort Reserves the Right to Revoke Pet Privileges.  $30.00 Cleaning Fee Required for All Guests Brining Pets into a Rental Unit.  Leash laws are resort policy.

​MILLBROOK FIREWOOD POLICY
On January 14, 2010 the State of Ohio added Ashtabula County to a list of Quarantined counties in our state, in an effort to help prevent the spread of the Emerald Ash bore, a tree eating insect from Asia that is infesting and devastating our state and several other states natural wooded ecosystem.  Ohio has passed laws to prevent the transfer of fire wood in order to help stop the infestation.  Now that our county is in the quarantine area, we have no choice, but to ban all outside firewood from the Resort. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Firewood will be available at the Resort for reasonable costs. Contact the Resort Office for additional information. Thank You.
